Team supervision is about supporting your personal development in the view of your organisation and your team. There is this “group matrix” that shapes your behavior and that we are trying to make use of. How can we individually strengthen the members of your team, who may be at different stages of development, in their competences? In our mind it’s important creating an atmosphere where everyone feels encouraged to express their feelings and thoughts unattached from the other particicpants reactions. The supervisor´s task is trying to enable this mutual tolerance. How to use the abilities of the team members for the better understanding of their behaviour´s repercussions? In the supervision itself it is another goal to create a setting where you feel able to respect differences and contradictions.
Thus including the actual group dynamic we´re individually developing the members of  your team, who maybe at different stages of development, in their role – and in their overall – skills.
